Labor Warranty
- Coverage Duration: Carpet Now provides a 2-year labor warranty for all installations.
- Coverage Scope: This warranty covers issues directly related to the installation process, including improper installation that may cause carpet buckling, wrinkles, or seams coming apart.
- Exclusions: Our labor warranty does not cover issues caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or conditions beyond our control, such as damage from pets, flooding, or other external factors.

Product Warranty
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: All carpet materials come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer. The coverage details, including the duration and scope, vary by product and manufacturer. Click here to find your manufacture warranty details.
- Claims Process: For issues related to the carpet itself, such as manufacturing defects, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation. Carpet Now will facilitate the communication between the client and the manufacturer when applicable.

Conditions and Exclusions
- Regular Maintenance: Proper care and maintenance are essential to maintaining the longevity of your carpet. The warranty may be voided if there is evidence of neglect or improper maintenance.
- Non-Covered Situations: Our warranty does not cover issues due to:
- Improper use or application of cleaning agents.
- Excessive wear from high-traffic areas.
- Acts of nature or accidents.
- Pet Damage: Damage caused by pets, such as staining, scratching, or tearing, is not covered by our labor warranty but may be covered by your manufacture warranty depending on the carpet you purchase.

Carpet Now is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from carpet installation or product failure beyond the scope of this warranty.
