Excellent service from start to finish.  I tried 3 other companies and was not happy.   Carpet Now  came to me, were efficient, polite, knowledgeable. Super great experience from start to finish with Carpet Now. The sales person, Tim, brought plenty of nice samples based on the info I had given him on what I had in mind for new bedroom carpet. The carpet installer, Leonel and his assistant did a beautiful job installing the new carpet. The price was good too. Less than another store in Lakeway that I had consulted with. I closed on a house on Friday and carpet now was out there Saturday. They installed over 2k sq ft of carpet in 2 days. Salesman  Tim Gates was low pressure, really knowledgeable, took time to measure and show different padding. Leonel was installer with team. Carpet Now makes the process easy with top quality product and a fine installation team.  Tim was great at introducing the DreamWeaver carpet, which is very comfortable under foot. We were able to choose the color needed.  From deposit to install was 10 days, and saved us at least 30% vs. the competition. Working with CarpetNow on our new build was a pleasant experience, to say the very least. We made an appointment, had said appointment with the sales associate, received our estimate and the payment for deposit all in the same day. This was all without having to drive out to a showroom. The installers were able to come out THE NEXT DAY (we chose an in-stock option). Not only did they have EXACTLY what we wanted (a specific, office- like carpet for residential), but also the quality of the work and the finished product are stunning.
