Even with everything happening the last few weeks, there are still many people that need new carpet for various reasons.

We have heard some clients express concern over having someone else in their home until the curve of this virus has settled down so we’ve decided to introduce ZERO contact estimates. This is a very simple and straightforward way of giving our clients peace of mind by protecting their health and the health of our employees as well. 

Here is how a zero contact estimate works: 
1. We can visit the home while the homeowner is out of the home. Our sales managers will need access through a garage code, hidden key or supra real estate key. 
2. Once inside the home, our sales managers will wear gloves and measure the carpet areas. 
3. We can send photos of samples to the client.
4. Once the homeowner has made a decision to move forward we can collect payment over the phone or online using our invoicing software.
